All answers reside within you. You don’t need a guide. This journey is not really about learning things you need to learn so much as it is about remembering things you have forgotten.
It is easy to read, has a simple and clear language and, above all, I learned techniques that can help anyone improve their own day. Defining our goals, understand the past to improve the future and live the present. Later, I will write about them!
